Student enrolment in the demo starts with the enquiry itself. Leads from
website forms, walk-ins and education fairs land in one list with source, academic year
and class preferences. As parents provide documents and clear any entrance tests, staff
move them from “Enquiry” to “Admitted” without rewriting the same data.
Once admitted, students are assigned to the correct class and section, and their
attendance can be marked in a few taps. Absences optionally trigger
SMS / app alerts, and attendance summaries roll up into class and school views so
leadership can see which sections need attention — exactly as it would in the live system.
Academic teams use the exam planner to build term-wise schedules —
dates, durations, maximum marks and rooms — then publish timetables to the portal.
Any change is made once and reflected everywhere, instead of sending updated PDFs
to every group.
Accounts configure fee billing with tuition, transport, lab and hostel
heads. Demands are generated term-wise, payments recorded against each student,
and dues lists exported for follow-up. In the demo, you see exactly what parents would
see in their portal.
The integrated teacher–parent portal keeps communication tidy. Teachers
share homework, notes and remarks; parents see attendance, results and fees; and the
principal gets dashboards that bring everything together without extra reports.
